PITLANE offers two distinct approaches to premium garage flooring: our RS resin flooring systems and GT Gridtrack modular flooring.

RS Premium Flake

Our flagship decorative garage flooring system.

A professionally prepared, seamless resin floor with a full decorative flake broadcast and protective clear topcoat. Designed for customers looking for a premium, hard-wearing garage finish where the concrete substrate is suitable.

RS Rapid Flake

Premium full-flake garage flooring with reduced downtime.

Uses a rapid-cure coating specification and, where the concrete and site conditions allow, can be installed as a one-day system. The same premium full-flake appearance with an installation program designed around faster return to service.

RS Quartz

High-performance resin flooring with coloured quartz aggregate.

Increased texture, durability and grip. Ideal for garages, workshops and other areas where additional traction and a highly durable finish are priorities.

RS Solid

A clean, seamless solid-colour resin flooring system.

A professional contemporary finish without decorative flakes or quartz. Can be specified for garages, workshops, utility areas and suitable commercial environments.

GT Gridtrack

Premium modular garage flooring using professional-grade SwissTrax tiles.

Our principal GT tile is Ribtrax Pro, with Ribtrax Smooth Pro and Diamondtrax providing additional design and performance options.

GT Gridtrack provides drainage, airflow beneath the floor, extensive colour and layout possibilities and the ability to replace individual tiles if required.

Because GT Gridtrack is not permanently bonded to the concrete, it can also provide an excellent alternative where slab condition or moisture conditions make a bonded resin coating unsuitable without additional preparation or moisture mitigation.

A flexible, poured-in-place rubber surfacing system designed for exterior applications.

Using specialist rubber paving materials, RX Rubber creates a seamless, textured surface that can provide flexibility, comfort underfoot, grip and a completely different appearance to conventional paving.

Available using SBR and premium coloured EPDM rubber options depending on the application and required finish.

A premium resin-bound surfacing system combining carefully selected decorative aggregate with specialist resin to create a smooth, attractive and permeable surface.

PITLANE Surfaces works with the DALTEX UVR Resin Bound System, bringing established UK resin-bound technology and materials to suitable Canadian projects.

Ideal applications can include driveways, paths, patios, entrances and other appropriately designed exterior surfaces.
